STEVE McMENAMIN is a principal of the Atlantic
Systems Guild, and is a Vice President at Borland Software Corporation where
he is responsible for several Application Lifecycle Management products including
StarTeam, CaliberRM and Together. He is based in Southern California.
Prior
to joining Borland, Mr. McMenamin was Vice President, Engineering at BEA Systems
in Kirkland, Washington. Mr. McMenamin led the engineering team that developed
WebLogic Workshop, an application development framework and integrated development
environment that has won numerous industry awards. He is also responsible for
the integration of the products that make up the WebLogic Platform.
Mr.
McMenamin is co-author of Essential Systems Analysis (Prentice-Hall, 1984),
which presents the requirements definition technique that he developed. He has
consulted and lectured throughout the world. Mr. McMenamin is a member of the
ACM and IEEE.
